The only thing that holds us back from achieving our goals and living our dreams is our mindset. Our mindset is basically our attitude and consists mainly of our  beliefs, values and rules.Whilst we may have a few beliefs that we have consciously chosen, and support us, the majority of beliefs have accumulated unconsciously, and because we tend to remember negative experiences in preference to positive experiences, our beliefs tend to be limiting rather than empowering.

We can, in fact, choose to believe anything we want.   There is generally evidence somewhere in our past to support that belief. If the evidence is not available then we can use creative thinking to generate the evidence. The unconscious mind is unable to tell the difference between a vividly imagined event and a real event. This is the key to generating new beliefs that will help you achieve your goals and dreams.
